my baby taking hiccups in a day 3to 4times is it ok? and cover her head with a cap is must or optional?

Taking hiccups a lot of times in the days is completely normal and if you want to cover the head of your child it’s completely alright if you don’t want to do it that is also completely your choice there is no mandation that you have to do it for your child
