ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. It could be stomach infection if the stools are watery as well so it’s better to consult the doctor once and get him checked abd fir pain relief give ajwain ka paani a couple of times in a day and fir fever give Crocin syrup
