Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it is normal.for.the baby. No need to worry for this as it is normal for the baby to do . Can wait for some time period of feel to be a problem and can also consult a doctor for the baby examination .

mam, mostly green stool is not cause of concern.
but yes ,if a child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician for this.
otherwise as it is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk in breastfed babies ,you should feed a child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
