my baby starts rubbing his ear hardly most of time during feeding.. and also irritate..

A. Hello good evening !! Rubbing ears is a sign of sleepiness nothing to worry. Sometimes baby get ear ache while teething,mild Fever, motions, red/swollen gums, crankiness due to gum pain are some symptoms of teething. Soothe baby gums using soothers/teethers and gently rock for making him sleep while rubbing ears.
