Q.
My baby started solid from 5 months onward so I offer him thrice a day is it OK or I'm overfeeding him? He eats well though, but sometimes constipated if I offer more water then it's fine

I don’t know why you started so early but the correct issue start with food is after completing the time of six months but if you’re giving proper three meals and milk and your child is accepting it well then it’s not a problem it’s good to give proper three meals to the child every day
