My baby started sitting at 5 and half months. should I let him sit. few people are saying that don't let him sit even if he tries it will make his spine weak in future it will be an problem. is it true?

A. Hello mom if the baby is sitting but himself with support also without showing much discomfort as such their are no worries on thatb, massages and morning sunlight exposure would be good
