Follow three day rule.
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.
Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
oats, suji kheer, Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

By the time he or she is 7 or 8 months old, your child can eat a variety of foods from different food groups. These foods include infant cereals, meat or other proteins, fruits, vegetables, grains, yogurts and cheeses, and more.
