my baby spitting too much after each feed , milk with water type is it vomiting?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom this could occur due to reflux action as well, so take care of your diet and enough fluid as well , as what ever you consume would have a direct effect on the breast milk
