my baby spit mostly the breastfeeded milk what can I do

A. See it is probably due to indigestion or sometimes you do overfeeding also this can happen you can kindly check with your doctor if your child is having any issue with the feed that you gave so maybe they can help you with some medicine medicines to regulate the digestion of your child
