but your baby must have weight around 3 kg or more.
please don't use Diapers for whole day.

but do not use it for whole day.

you mean to say baby spiting milk frequently,right ?
if yes , then to avoid or prevent it ,you need to avoid overfeeding .
offer small and adequate feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
