Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if the growth is good then you have to just give demand feeding to the child
you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping .
there is no need to to go for hourly feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Baby’s sleeping and feeding patterns keep changing in the first few months. As long as your baby is active and healthy, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
