Hello ma’am I’m not sure about the kind of marks you’re talking about but for dry skin I can suggest you that you should go for NMFE vitamin E cream it is easily available at a medical store or online so you can buy it from there is one of the best screens for dry and scaly skin so go for that and for those marks on the face it would be better to consult your doctor ones
