my baby skin is so sensitive easily geting small pimples reddish on face especially what soap need to use ?plz reply doctor.

A. small reddish pimples on face will appear and disappear on its own without any attention.. maintain hygiene.. you can use Babyhug daily rich moisturizing soap.. and also other products..
