My baby shifa is 2 year 10 month old her weight is not gaining and the height is also not increasing, now a days she is not eating also , I am so much in tens, pls help me mam.

A. hi first thing, if child weighs around 8.5 to 12 kg then no need to worry about Anything sometimes kids reject their food due to monotony of food items,so I would suggest to serve variation in your child diet
