my baby she rubs her hears often she looks irritated but is eating and drinking milk (breast milk ) she is not cranky and she sleeps well and active is ifs sign of teething

yes this could be a sign of teething phase..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

Ears Rubbing is not a sign of teething necessarily also would like to tell you if your child is getting irritated then it could be maybe that your child is having its teeth which is why and also due to some irritation in the ears of your child you should get a check either with your paediatrician or an ENT doctor ones
