my baby seem weak and she isn't as usual.... her body temperature also risen .... what should I do

first measure the temperature using thermometer.
if the temperature is 100f or above,you must consult your pediatrician.
please keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs.
it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial Infections.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
if there is no cold and cough , give sponge bath to reduce the temperature.
