my baby says when her passing a stool she is saying a pain and in vagina I had seen a light white discharge and she always keeps hand at vagina to itching purpose how should I clear this problem without any medicines

You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.
