Q.

my baby's weight is not increasing. his weight was 10.7 when he was 9 months old. now he is 1 year old and his weight is 10.2

A. to increase the weight of the child, give him homemade food. the child can be given rice dal, rice, wheat, fruits, vegetables and milk and recipes made from it. you can also put dry fruits and ghee and nuts and it's powder in the food, which will increase the weight of the child. take your children out to play because when there is good physical activity then only the child will have increased appetite. make child take fruit and its juice because it also increases natural asppetite. also it is important to note that wait gain as well as the overall growth of the child depends majorly on the genetics that is how were the parents had growth when they were at the same age as the child. s
