Nebulising and giving steam to the child indirectly is very helpful in clearing the congestion for nose and cough and cold as you mention so go ahead with that and just change the entire meal plan for one week give Khichdi for lunch one and rest to other times two different things all together which you have been have not been given before so just try to change the entire pattern I’m sure it will help
