Q.

My baby’s weight is 11.4 kg, he is 2 years 5 months old. Is it fine?

A. He doesn’t eat everything. He has specific choices. I mean one routine of food( like corn flakes with milk in the morning , by 11am he eats roti+ dal/veg or suji/oats/one fruit juice, by 2pm he eats dal with vegis and rice , by evening he eats Ceregrow then in dinner he like roti with milk. He wants this routine to be followed everyday. Is it ok?

A. Yea good.. Generally after a year kids don't put much weight. As they play move burn calories You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
