my baby's tongue has been black for 3-4 days . what is the reason behind it?

Are you giving any iron supplement to the child because tongue only turns black with an iron supplement and usually turns white with the regular feeding because the milk gets accumulated so please clean it with a silicon tongue cleaner when you’re giving a bath to the child
