my baby's teeth Is getting black due to the syrup vitcofol pediatrician advised Me to give him water after giving the syrup or wipe his teeth from a plain cloth is it normal

yes iron supplement syrup intake leads to black staining of kid's milk teeth..
you should give medicine by mixing it with plain water or along with fruit juices.. clean teeth surfaces every time after intake
