Q.
My baby's stomach is not well since a few days. He is having loose motions three-four times a day but he is not having any pain in his stomach and is eating food properly and he is a very active baby.

Could be a possibility that premolars may have started to come but still just to be on the safer side you should check with your doctor because without a proper stool test or a checkup of the child nothing can be confirmed neither medicines can be suggested
