My baby's scalp skin looks dry and flakes I am using teddy shampoo present by not applying oil ..( since a week)

A. This is basically a cradle cab this looks like this only when starts coming out from the hair it looks like as of some flakes have been scattered into the head of the child regularly wash and brush the hair that will help in eliminating that
