my baby's nose get blocked maximum times what is the reason behind this issue

A. Mostly due to weather change and a lot of cases due to some allergy because sudden weather temperature fluctuation can lead to running nose and blocked nose so it’s a normal thing to be but if it is persistent then it is an allergy
