Q.

My baby's motion is very tight since I have started solids for him. He is putting lot of pressure while pottying. I am trying to give him liquid (water, orange and carrot juice) also as much as I can. Suggestions please.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes it is very normal when we introduce baby semi solid food and give baby four ounces of water in a day and also Masson baby stomach clockwise and anti clockwise. Do more leg exercises too. Take care
