My baby's left eye is watering and while sleeping his eye lids are sticking. pls suggest

A. kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water. normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again. use hygienicc cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. do not use any drops witout medical consultation
