my baby s in her 5th month and she is 4.7 kgs is that ok her born weight is 2.8 and wen discharged she was 2.4kg... can I give simyl oil for her weight gain

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Yes use under medical supervision, Simyl-MCT oil contains saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acid. Simyl-MCT is recommended as a nutrition for low birth weight babies and in fat malabsorption. Simyl MCT contains Medium Chain Triglycerides which help in weight gain of the child. MCT oil is a fat produced from coconut oil and palm kernels
