my baby's head smells strange.. I try to shampoo it every alternative day..but because it is winters I avoid.. checked around it says it could be cradle cap..but she has no signs.. how do I get rid of that bad odour

A. hi without actually smelling it is very difficult to be able to say what it is I would recommend that you should try to visit your pediatrician he would be able to guide you better after being able to smell it
