my baby's head is hit while his body is cold does he have fever

hot head without fever is a result of baby’s undeveloped thermoregulation system.
Take off extra layers of clothes and blankets.
Breastfeed it more often.
Massage the body gently and soothingly.
Keep comfortable room temprature
