my baby 's head front side a patch of dead cells like dandruff ...scaly scalp ...plz give me suggestions to treat correctly

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Shampoo your baby's scalp once in every 2-3 days. Use gentle baby shampoo which should be fragrance free. Baby oil or mineral oil can help soften the scales on the affected areas. Apply a very small amount of oil - just a couple of drops and massage it directly into the scales. Use pure organic coconut oil or almond oil. Gently brush or massage your baby's scalp with a soft bristled comb - 30 to 60 mins after you have applied shampoo or oil to give it time to sink in.
