my baby's gums in swollen and pain and bad breath.she fallen yeasterday and hurts on her teeth

A. for now you can give paracetamol drops to your baby three times a day but you need to visit a dentist and get your baby check and clinically examine for the trauma at happened

Ma’am You have not mentioned the age of your child as to how old your child is so I will not be able to guide you and assist you well enough on that it would be better that you please consult a child dentist can you check properly they would be able to guide you better after assessing your child
