My baby’s face is very tiny And she looks weak to everyone She is exclusively on bf and is 84days old and her weight is 5 kgs

A. dear mum the weight gain of baby is good baby should gain at least 500 gram per month should double birth weight by 6 months or less and triple birth weight by 1 year exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
