Q.
my baby's de said j can give him salt and sugar in his food. but I have read at many places that salt and sugar should not be given. can I give or not?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. I would not advice to ad d salt n sugar till 1 year if age.. year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney..
You can give different taste by adding age according spices
