my baby's cheek &chin part has become so dry and his urine is also yellow in color ..what to do pls suggest

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because inadequate intake of fluids. so please keep your child hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes as it is summer ,prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child give Massage to your child daily keep your child in well vantileted room maintain good hygiene.
