my baby’s birth weight was 2.9 kg and he is 4 months old . his weight is 5.5 kg, height 60 cm and head circumference is 40cm . is this ok?

Circumference you can check on the basis of the birth statistics because it grows on that piece is only height and weight of the child is good as it is also based on the birth statistics but the way you have mentioned according to the weight height and height of the child is quite good as of now
