Q.
My baby’s birth weight is 2.9kg,in between she reduced till 2.6 kg .at 45 days her weight is 3.6 kg is this normal or under weight?

Uma RamMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hai good evening !! Generally babies gain 400-900 gm per month.
Here baby reduced weight in the starting and later gained its normal to reduce weight in new born babies in initial weeks .
As baby gained around 1 kg in the span of 1 month is good weight gain .
Give mother milk or formula milk every two hours and burp well after every feed.
