A. in starting 1 starting week baby weight falls down 10% of newborn birth weight then after increase 30gm / day .In 3 month it should be more then 1.5 kg..so no need to worry..your baby is healthy

A. Monthly average weight gain should be 500-1000 gm so in the 3 months atleast 1.5 kg weight should be gained, your baby's weight falls in the range. so no need to worry just breastfeed her exclusively.

A. 1500 g ideally the right weight that the child should have in this age because the child should gain 500 g in a month on that evaluate your child has sufficient amount of weight as that is there in this age
