My baby's birth weight is 2.5kg and discharge weight was 2.3kg now . Am breast feeding the baby and now at 4 months of age she is around 4.2kg only.is this normal weight gain. or she is underweight? what can be done to increase the weight?

A. hi weight is absolutely fine nothing to worry please give more and more breastfeeds feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight
