my baby s a pre term baby n she s gaining weight very slowly...is it ok to raise weight slowly or do I need to add anything to improve her weight...please clarify and wat s d reason fr gaining weight slowly....

You I mentioned it very clearly the child is not gaining Chinese freedom but you have not get mentioned the birth weight and the weight gain of the child every month since your child is pre-term maybe which is why the weight gain is low there is a possibility of that and sometimes moreover I think you’re breastfeeding is not supportive so consult a doctor a lactation expert and if required go ahead with formula feeding as well
