My baby recently turned 1. I'm thinking of alternatives along with breast milk. should I go for formula or cow milk?

A. Hello mama once ur baby completes one year then formula milk is no longer required... u can give cow milk to the baby.. And once ur baby completes one year then u can give all the seasonal fruits and veggies
