A. its fine If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or 15 times per day- both conditions normal).    Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion or white colour motion.  Keep ur baby well hydrated  Exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.   Don't give water and all other food items at this age.  Wait for some more days  Everything will be alright.  If blood in motion/persistant foul smelling motion or less urine output then consult with ur nearest pediatrician,  He will giude you in a better way z

A. No I would not see it is normal because when your child is only on feeding how can it be oily there is some problem definitely so you should take an advice with your paediatrician on that and go ahead with whatever they suggest you
