my baby poops after 2-3 days and that too of dark green color. should I be worried?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no worries.. typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is normal.. must continue with breast feeding ur little one
