my baby pooping very hard. he cries a lot while poop. what to do? is iron is the reason why he is pooping so hard?

Should give plenty of fluids and fibre in the diet of course and constipation can or hard motion can be associated with iron supplement as you have mentioned that you’re giving it more leads to constipation so hard motion can also be associated with this
