My baby pooped like this but i didnt feed him any fruits or veggies for past five days this is the first time he is pooping like this please help me by answering

Hello mom this is sone food reaction so could be blood or even either you or your baby has consumed , only after proper diagnosis it would be ideal to tell , just observe in case if this repeats for the next time the baby passes motion then please get her examined
