My baby pooped 4 times from morning to afternoon, he is a little irritable, is this normal or does he need to be medicated?

Teething could be one reason that irritates the child and sometimes they can poop more it is mostly in the consistency lose motions further if it is required you can check with your doctor any medication would be helpful in the current situation for your child
