my baby pooped 3 times today last poop was watery and slight white in colour what to do plz explain

A. Hello You can give entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. You should avoid giving milk to your baby. Rather than normal milk you can give soya milk. Try to give very light food to your baby so baby can digest easily and add sufficient water to keep your baby hydrated
