my 2 and halft year baby us vomited for 3 times at night and pooped for 2 times from morning and I have found change in his poop colour..can you please explain iscthere any serious issue with that poop

Yes it is better to get a student test done for your child this is not very clear about the problem if there is any but with a stool test you can rather be more sure about it could be associated with the digestion related issues and sometimes due to stomach infection also
