Q.

my baby poop once in a day but the poop is in loose motion condition.. need to worry?

A. consult ur dr please

A. if there is loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
