my 5 year old daughter is having loose motion..gave enterigermina once a day...still condition not improved..plz suggest

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managemefnt for dehydration is required if loose motions arec associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
